• Why is the Buy-It button not displayed for a Domain Name I am interested in? Once an auction begins, the Buy-It option is no longer available. | • If the Domain Name I am interested in does not have a Buy-It button, can I still select the Alert Me button to be notified when the Domain Name is sold or when bids are placed? Yes. The Alert functionality is available until the Domain Name is sold. |

The Knowledge Base is a searchable database of questions and answers. If you have a more detailed question than is covered
in the Frequently Asked Questions section above, you can search our Knowledge Base. If you don't find the question and answer you are looking
for, you can submit a new question. You will receive an automatic eMail containing the answer
when the answer is posted. Thereafter, the question and answer will be available to all that search. In most cases, we are able to answer most
questions in 24 hours.
